I walked in honestly a bit disappointed. I’m used to places like Shangri-La, Hyatt, Marriott, and I was actually about to book a W Marriott spa tonight, but my appointment glitched out, so I ended up here instead. At first, it was really the interior design that pulled me in. That said, early on, I couldn’t help but notice some small nuisances, like the generator noise during the foot cleaning, which did take away from the atmosphere a bit for me.
But everything changed once I met my masseur, Sherry (No. 88). Listen to me when I say this. She is easily one of the most valuable assets here. Beyond just skill, she’s incredibly perceptive, smart, and has a personality that makes you feel comfortable almost immediately. She’s bubbly in a way that feels natural, not forced, and she pays attention. I needed help charging my phone at one point and she handled it seamlessly, which I really appreciated.
Her massage style is sharp in the best way. Firm, precise, but still very comfortable. It’s the kind of technique where you can tell she knows exactly what she’s doing. Honestly, she turned the entire experience around for me. I don’t usually remember names, but I’ll remember hers.
Came in unsure. Left genuinely impressed, mostly because of her.
